PRODUCT FAQ

How do I care for and clean my product? 
For all fabric products, wash separately in a cool hand or machine wash. Colors may run for the first couple of washes. Do not tumble dry. 

Is there a wait time for my product to be made?
If product is not in stock, the product will be made up in 3-5 days. 

Do you offer bulk order discounts?
Yes on orders of 10 or more of the same product.

Do you offer delivery and how much does it cost?
Yes. Delivery costs vary, see check out for details. 

Which courier do you use for delivery?

How long will delivery take for my product?
Once the product is ready for shipping, shipping will take 3-4 working days. 

Do you deliver internationally?
Yes, but this will take longer and a different courier company will be used. 

Can I collect my order instead?

Is my product insured in case it goes missing during delivery?
No

Will you provide a tracking number for my order?
Yes 

RETURNS FAQ

My product has arrived damaged, now what?
Return it and it will be replaced. 

The wrong product has arrived, now what?
Returned and replaced. 

Do you offer full refunds?
We offer refunds if you send it back to us within 14 days of purchase in the same condition you received it in. If the product was defective we will refund you fully or send you a new one at no cost.
