Our Rectangle Bolsters have been designed and refined to perfection. They are filled with a mixture of unbleached cotton waste and recycled polyester. The bolster is covered with a durable, 100% South African milled cotton cover.
The dimensions of this rectangle yoga bolster make it perfect for full spinal and shoulder support in restorative supine yoga postures. It is firm, but malleable to the shape of the body allowing for maximum support and long, restorative holds.
