Products take 4-7 days to ship. If the product needs to be made we will let you know.
If you are unhappy with your product you are welcome to return it within 14 days of purchase. Send it back us in the condition you received it and we will offer you a full refund or you can swap it out for something more to your liking. If your product is defective we will arrange to redeliver a new one at no cost.
