For the longest life hand washing is recommended, using warm water and a mild (preferably earth friendly) detergent. Alternatively, machine wash on a gentle cycle at 40C. Air dry flat.

Send it back us in the condition you received it and we will offer you a full refund or you can swap it out for something more to your liking.
